PlanSA provides free planning information and browser-based tools for general informational use. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to check important dates against the linked official source before relying on them.
We aim to transcribe official dates accurately and explain our assumptions, but PlanSA is manually maintained and is not a government service or live official feed. Government departments, schools and other organisations may revise dates after publication.
Always confirm information with the relevant authority before booking travel, arranging childcare, submitting tax information or making another time-sensitive decision.
Leave calculations, countdowns, calendar exports and suggested leave bridges are generated for convenience. They do not account for every employment agreement, workplace policy, school calendar or personal circumstance and are not legal, employment, tax or financial advice.
PlanSA is provided on an “as available” basis. We may correct, update or withdraw content and features. To the extent permitted by law, PlanSA is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on an incorrect, outdated or unavailable date or calculation.
External websites have their own terms and policies. PlanSA’s original text, design and code may not be republished as a competing service without permission; official government information remains subject to its original source and applicable law.
